Driving qualifications
To drive in Japan, you need a valid Japanese driver's license or an internationally recognized driving permit.
Please prepare one of the following.
・Japanese driver's license ・International driver's license issued under the
1949 Geneva Convention ・Foreign driver's license + valid Japanese translation
(Applicable to: Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, and Taiwan)
* Driver's licenses issued outside of Japan cannot be used on their own.
* Required documents may vary depending on the country or region.

Insurance and coverage
For your peace of mind, all vehicles come with basic insurance coverage.
Coverage details, deductibles, and exclusions vary depending on the insurance plan.
In the following cases, insurance and compensation may not apply.
Failure to report the accident to the police

Unauthorized extension
Accidents by uninsured drivers

Regarding cancellation policy
After your reservation is confirmed, you will pay the full amount of usage fees in advance, including vehicle charges, dispatch fees, and optional charges.
The refund amount upon cancellation will be as follows, depending on the remaining time from the cancellation point to the start of service usage.
・Up to 7 days before use: No cancellation fee
・7 to 4 days before use: 20% of the total usage fee
・4 to 2 days before use: 50% of the total usage fee
・Within 48 hours of the start of service until the start time: 90% of the total usage fee
・After use begins: Non-refundable
* If a refund is issued, the amount will be the total minus any cancellation fees.
* We will do our best to accommodate schedule changes and other requests as flexibly as possible, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Regarding your return
If there are any changes to the return time or location, please let us know as soon as possible
. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if we are unable to do so, we will proceed according to the original reservation details.
・Please return the vehicle with a full tank of gas.・If
refueling is difficult, we can calculate and settle the cost for you.・If you
use an ETC card, you will be required to pay the toll charges upon return.
When you return the vehicle, we will inspect its condition (for damage, dirt, odors, etc.). If there has
been an accident, damage, or stone chips, please be sure to report it before returning the vehicle.
