Driving qualifications
To drive in Japan, you need a valid Japanese driver's license or an internationally recognized driving permit.
Please prepare one of the following.
Japanese driver's license
International Driving Permit based on the 1949 Geneva Convention
・Foreign driver's license + valid Japanese translation
(For: Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, Taiwan)
※ Driver's licenses issued outside of Japan cannot be used on their own.

Insurance and coverage
To ensure your peace of mind, all vehicles come with basic insurance coverage.
Compensation details, deductible amounts, and exclusions vary depending on the insurance plan.
In the following cases, insurance and compensation may not apply.

Regarding cancellation policy
After your reservation is confirmed, you will pay the full amount of usage fees in advance, including vehicle charges, dispatch fees, and optional charges.
The refund amount upon cancellation will be as follows, depending on the remaining time from the cancellation point to the start of service usage.
・Up to 7 days before use: No cancellation fee
・7 to 5 days before use: 20% of total usage fee
・5 to 3 days before use: 35% of the total usage fee
・3 to 2 days before use: 50% of the total usage fee
・2 days to 1 day before use: 70% of the total usage fee
・Within 24 hours of start time to start time: 90% of the total usage fee
・After use begins: Non-refundable
If a refund is generated, we will refund the amount after deducting cancellation fees.
We will respond as flexibly as possible regarding schedule changes, etc., so please contact us as soon as possible.
Regarding your return
Please contact us as soon as possible if there are any changes to the return time or location.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if we cannot, we will proceed according to your original reservation.
・Please return the car with a full tank of gas.
If refueling is difficult, we can also handle the calculation and payment.
If you use an ETC card, you will be required to settle the highway tolls upon return.
Upon return, we will inspect the vehicle's condition (damage, dirt, odors, etc.).
In case of accident, damage, stone chips, etc., please be sure to report them before returning the vehicle.
