We will confirm if the driver you plan to use has a valid driver's license in Japan.
Please let us know your desired pickup and drop-off locations.
Step 2. Prior explanation, payment, and confirmation of vehicle dispatch location
・We will explain the fees, insurance, and optional services in advance.
After agreeing to the terms, please make a prepayment.
After payment is confirmed, we will secure the vehicle and finalize the pickup and return locations.
Step 3. Vehicle Dispatch & Departure
Please bring your driver's license on the day.
(Customers residing overseas, please also present your passport.)
Please check the vehicle's condition. After signing the rental agreement, you may depart.
If there is a remaining balance, please settle it before departure.
Step 4. Returns & Settlement
If there are any changes to the return time or return location, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will respond to
We kindly request that you return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. However, if refueling is difficult, we can calculate and settle the cost for you.
If you use an ETC card, you will be required to settle the highway tolls upon return.
Upon return, we will inspect the vehicle's condition (damage, dirt, etc.) to complete your return.
