How to use

・We will confirm your preferred dates, vehicle type, and options
. ・We will verify that the driver plans to use the vehicle holds a valid driver’s license in Japan
. ・Please let us know your preferred pickup and drop-off locations.

・We will explain the rates, insurance, and optional services in advance
. ・Once you agree to the terms, please make an advance payment.
・After confirming your payment, we will reserve the vehicle and confirm the pickup and drop-off locations.

・Please bring your driver's license with you on the day of rental. (Customers residing overseas must also bring their passport.
) ・Please inspect
the vehicle and sign the rental agreement before departing. ・If
there is a balance due, please settle it before departure.

・If there are any changes to your return time or location, please contact us as soon as possible
. ・We will do our best to accommodate your request, but if we are unable to do so, we will proceed according to the original reservation details. ・We ask that you return the vehicle with a full tank of gas
, but if refueling is difficult, we can calculate and settle the cost for you.・If you
use an ETC card, you will be required to pay the toll charges upon return.
・We will inspect the vehicle’s condition (for damage, dirt, etc.) upon return, at which point the return process will be complete.
